Chinese pakora is a nice desi dish it is pakora modfied in chiense style so you can prepare at home easily enjoy….!
Ingredients for Chinese Pakora
- Gram Flour (Besan)— 3-4 tbsp
- Soya sauce —1 tbsp
- Cornflour —3-4 tbsp
- Ajinomoto —1 tsp
- Paprika —1 tsp
- Oyster Sauce —-1 tbsp
- Cabbage (grated) —-1 small
- Egg —-1
- Noodles—- 1-2 Packets.
- Carrot (grated) —-1 small
Cooking Method for Chinese Pakora

- Boil noodles till to half done, drain water and set a side.
- In a heavy bowl put corn flour, Gram flour, ajinomoto, paprika soya sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Now in this put one egg and water to make thick Batter.
- Mix noodles, Carrot and Cabbage in Batter keep togather.
- Heat up oil in a wok and deep .fry….
- Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
