Chinese Pakora

Chinese pakora is a nice desi dish it is pakora modfied in chiense style so you can prepare at home easily enjoy….!

Ingredients for Chinese Pakora

  • Gram Flour (Besan)— 3-4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce —1 tbsp
  • Cornflour —3-4 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto —1 tsp
  • Paprika —1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce —-1 tbsp
  • Cabbage (grated) —-1 small
  • Egg —-1
  • Noodles—- 1-2 Packets.
  • Carrot (grated) —-1 small

  Cooking Method for Chinese Pakora

  1. Boil noodles till to  half done, drain water and set a side.
  2. In a heavy  bowl put corn flour, Gram flour, ajinomoto, paprika soya sauce,  and oyster sauce.
  3. Now in this put one egg and water to make thick Batter.
  4. Mix noodles, Carrot and Cabbage in Batter keep togather.
  5. Heat up oil in a wok and deep .fry….
  6. Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
