when you are in a rush dont forget about your family supper

Family supper is given short shrift  in most households. Very few people are willing to devote much energy to supper at the most exhausted time of day. That makes pizza carry out statistics are high incredibly. I am not entirely against calling up for pizza. But we don't think it should be the steady diet in our household.

We're often asked what to do about the supper and how to remove the drudgery from it. Everyone suggest having a plan, rather than deciding what to do at 5 p.m.  Which doesn't mean you need to know a week's menus in advance (though this is a great system for large families), but you need to know several nights' meals.

Cooking for company is satisfying, and the gesture is certainly generous. Cooking for your family is both of those and, we think, is one of the most important things you can do for them.
