INGREDIENTS FOR SPEGHETTI CHICKEN CHOWMEN
- Speghetti
- Chicken
- Carots
- Spring Onion
- Capcicum
- Egg (optional)
- Black Pepper
- Chinese salt (agenomoto)
- Chilli sauce (optional)
- Tomato sauce (optional)
- soya sauce
- salt
- Garlic and ginger paste.
COOKING DIRECTIONS SPEGHETTI CHICKEN CHOWMEN
- Get a pan and boil water in it.
- Then add speghetti and salt.
- Keep on hight to boil, when soft turn of the heat.
- Get another pan and add water with garlic and ginger paste.
- Then add the chicken to boil.
- When the chicken is soft and white turn off the heat.
- Then get a plate, cut the carots, capcicum and spring onion. ( in thin slices)
- Then get a large fry pan add the vegetables, speghetti and chicken.
- Sprinkle chinese salt and mix.
- Sprinkle black pepper and mix.
- Add chilli sauce, Tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix very well.
- In a seperate fry pan , fry an egg and break it into pieces.
- Then place on top of the food.
- So remember to break the chicken in pieces before placing it into the fry pan.
