Ingredients for Tandoori Tikkay

  • ½ Kilogram Beef Meat thin slice
  • 250 Grams Onions
  • 250 Grams Yogurt
  • 250 Grams Cooking Oil
  • 60 Grams Papaya (kacha papeeta)
  • 60 Grams Cumin Seeds (zeera)
  • 60 Grams Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • 125 Grams Cooked chickpeas (channa)
  • 1 Bunch Grams Garlic
  • Salt as per test
